Troubled online lottery and gaming company Lottery.com Inc. missed the deadline to file its second-quarter 10-Q as it continues to investigate problems inside the company, the company disclosed in a securities filing Tuesday.
The company has not yet finalized its assessment of the impact of the findings of its internal accounting controls, the company said in the filing. It repeated a warning it issued July 29 that cast doubt on its ability to stay afloat over the next year.
