WINDSOR, CT — The Independence Day celebration continued the next day for an East Hartford resident, who cashed in big bucks playing KENO at a Route 75 liquor store.
Mark Salvatore won $39,000 on a ticket purchased at the Wine Loft Too store at 645 Poquonock Ave. He claimed his winnings Tuesday, according to the CT Lottery website.
The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
